Calex Sim Racing provides personalized digital services tailored to each customer's unique simulator setup and information.

Orders may be cancelled before setup analysis begins. Once the completed setup form has been submitted and analysis has started, the service enters the customization process.

Because each service is created specifically for the individual customer, completed services are not eligible for returns or refunds.
